My name is Alex. I am a 41 year-old, happily married father of three lively boys. I ride motorcycles, sing in bands, run ultra marathons and enjoy adventure racing. I also have Parkinson's disease. I'd like to make change happen and fight this disease. I hope that you'd like to too?Updates
